* Strong technical skill in market in Economic & Finance area and Quantitative Analysis
* Strong computation skill
* Good understanding and familiar with banking operation
* Good understanding of law & banking regulation
* Good understanding in Risk Management concept and its application in banking industry
* Excellent managerial skill
* Strong interpersonal skills, with good communication and presentation skill
PROCUREMENT PLANNING SPECIALIST (CODE : PFA-PPS)
* S1 Degree preferably from reputable institutions (S2 preferred)
* 2 - 5 years experience in developing strategic plan with 2 years hands-on experience in the procurement planning on reputable foreign or local companies
* Strong understanding of technology trends and banking developments
* Good understanding of banking or procurement research establishments and experienced in benchmarking and research
* Excellent skills in building knowledge base
* Strong interpersonal skills, with good communication and presentation skill both in Bahasa Indonesia & English
* Dynamic, self motivated and result oriented
